Unpaid Dues

Just a quick announcement to let the Idlewood Community know that legal actions were taken against one of our community homeowners. This person was behind in his assessments for many years. Today through the help of our attorney, we collected a $30,000 check, which will pay this account in full for all his properties. This is a friendly reminder that the mechanisms we have in place to collect unpaid assessments is working. As of this date, our collection company has collected over $75,000. We will continue to do whatever means are necessary to collect unpaid assessment fees.
