Welcome to our New Website

We are currently in the age of communication, which has never been more prevalent than in 2017. We have cell phones with alerts and reminders constantly sent to us throughout the day when we're away from a computer. Many people have decided to forego their computer altogether because their cell phone has taken that role. What do we say to that? Good! With changing times comes a new way for us to communicate as a community.

Prior to December 2017, we heard our Idlewood news one of four ways. We'd either catch it on our Facebook page, chat with a neighbor to hear the latest, receive a newsletter mailed out with the invoice of our quarterly dues, or see a hand-crafted sign made by our diligent neighbor, Renee (thanks, Renee!). The one thing we don't have is a central hub of communication for our current and future residents. This is where our website will finally come in! You'll be able to do quite a few self-service things on this website, including downloading common documents from our Documents page, receive answers to Frequently Asked Questions, access common links from our Useful Links section, and you'll even be able to stay in touch with us by subscribing to our communication emails.

We have great plans for future expansion to this website, including the ability to pay your HOA fees instantly online with an electronic check (ACH) or credit/debit card! Subscribe to our communication emails and you'll be the first to know when it's available. We hope you enjoy this website and come to view it as a true communication hub for our community.
